NEW YORK, March 31, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — OTC Markets Group (OTCQX: OTCM), which operates regulated markets for more than 12,000 US and International securities, today announced that overnight market data from its MOON ATS and OTC Overnight feeds will be included in its core (day and user) pricing.
This step represents a structural change in how markets work. The demand for day and night trading has increased steadily, driven by global investors working across time zones and a shopping center that expects continuous access. This expanded offering provides additional value to our licensee dealers to support their business day and night.

The addition of this data together with OTC Markets intraday data creates a comprehensive and unique data collection for market participants and investors, both institutional and retail.
What’s Changing
Broker-Dealer Enterprise licensees, both current and prospective, can now access MOON ATS and OTC Overnight data as well as intraday OTC equity data feeds. Unlimited customer display and non-display use cases are covered, no reporting requirements.
According to User license customers, current and prospective, can also access MOON ATS and OTC Overnight data as well as intraday OTC equity data. Subscribers who obtain OTC Market data through market data brokers or their retail broker should contact those providers directly to request eligibility and consolidation of overnight feeds.
For broker-dealers operating outside the US who want an independent overnight data license, OTC Markets has simplified its structure to two options: a full Broker-Dealer license at $5,000 per month, and a full Non-Display license at $4,000 per month. One license covers both MOON ATS and OTC Overnight Level 1 and Level 2 data.
