Focused on an initial portfolio of +$100 million
Plans to seek a Nasdaq Stockholm listing
BASEL, Switzerland, March 30, 2026Infinitas Capital, the Swiss family office led by Robin Lauber, today announces the launch of Aureon Capital, an investment company that will seek listing on Nasdaq Stockholm. Its mission is to provide retail investors with access to private growth opportunities through a listed company.
Aureon Capital is designed to open the private market of Infinitas Capital to public investors for the first time. Targeting an initial transaction of between $100-200 million, the company will combine assets from the Infinitas portfolio with complementary assets from an extensive network of family offices and UHNWIs. After that, additional money will be generated for new investments. The company is currently working with a select group of partners in its network as it builds an initial portfolio.
Aureon’s strategy includes direct company investments, secondary opportunities and selected fund numbers, enabling Aureon Capital to find and manage capital across the private markets, from early stage and growth companies to late-stage and pre-IPO opportunities, in one transparent, liquid way. Public market investors will get access to private companies, funds and other assets that they would not normally be able to access, without management fees or carry.
Aureon Capital’s proposed listing on Nasdaq Stockholm reflects management’s confidence in the strength of the Swedish market and its active investment base.
Robin Lauber, Founder of Infinitas Capital, said:
“Some of the most important creations today take place in the private markets, but access is still limited and a lot of money remains locked up for a long time. Aureon Capital was created to address that, by opening up our private market environment in the form of a holding company that is simple, transparent and flexible.
“By pooling assets from our portfolio and from our network, we are building a vehicle that democratizes access to business and growth in one liquid form. Access to a portfolio of sufficient size and attractiveness is important to ensure that we create the necessary conditions for liquidity in a segment and platform that retail traders will want to be a part of.”
Alexander Landorph, Head of Capital Markets at Infinitas Capital, added:
“Aureon Capital is being built to give public market investors access to structured and diversified private equity portfolios. Sweden is an attractive model market, with an active investment base and a proven appetite for growth-oriented investment companies.
